2.       February 2008 – To August 2011:

          Principal Assistant Registrar (Personnel)

  • Coordinated the duties of Senior Administrative Officers in the Division;
  • Interpreted Policies/Regulations on all Senior Staff matters;
  • Compiled reports on recruitment, upgrading, conversion, promotion on all staff of the College;
  • Provided guidance notes in line with existing regulations with respect to staff recruitment, promotion, upgrading, conversion, confirmation;
  • Serviced Committee Meetings as secretary and implemented decisions of such committees; and
  • Updated records of staff from time to time.

3.       November 1999 – January 2008:

  • Acting Head, Academic Affairs Division;

  • Verified the credentials of newly admitted students in line with the necessary requirements for admission;
  • Coordinated efforts towards increase in student enrolment;
  • Organized orientation programme for fresh students, in collaboration with the Student Affairs Office;
  • Made necessary arrangement for the matriculation of new students;
  • Coordinated the regularization exercise of admission of new intakes;

  • Secretary, Admissions Committee and other Statutory/Ad-hoc Committees.
