1. As you are aware, the college 3^rd convocation ceremony has been scheduled to commence from Monday, December 1, to Saturday, December 6, 2014.
2. The College Management has considered and approved the induction of graduands by the TRCN, as part of the week long programme for the convocation ceremony. This would afford graduands of the college the opportunity to be inducted to full fledged Professional Teachers, to further boost the NCE certificate acquired from the college.
3. By this memo, the entire college community is hereby informed that the TRCN induction programme has been scheduled to hold as follows:

Date:                Friday, December 5, 2014.

Time:                10.00am.

Venue:             Convocation Ground.

4. All graduands of the college, who have duly completed the TRCN registration, should visist the Academic Affairs Office for further briefing and collection of clearance for the release of Gowns by the School Officers, for the Ceremony.
5. Graduation Gowns for the Ceremony would , therefore be available for collection from the School Officers,  upon presentation of receipt of payment for the TRCN induction
6. All graduands should note that the graduation gowns must be returned to schools immediately after the Ceremony.
